- 運費不獲退款，退換貨品申請將可能被收取額外運費

All returns must meet the following terms & conditions :- Exchange/refund requests must be made by email and mailed out for return within 7 days from date of delivery.
- Returned goods may not be opened or used with all parts, accessories, and materials included with original packaging sealed.
- We reserve the right to deny multiple exchanges/refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.
- Shipping charge are non-refundable.
- Returned goods for exchange are subject to additional shipping charge.
- Returns not meeting the return policy will not qualify for refunds/exchanges and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.
- Refund/exchange eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on any return shipment.
